To help you prepare, please review the important information and deadlines below:
1. Key Dates & Deadlines
- Shipping Information for Exhibit Materials: Additional storage fees may apply for shipments that arrive more than four (4) days prior to pick-up. Please have items delivered no later than September 25, 2026.
- Sponsor Staff Registration Deadline: August 11, 2026
- Logo, Ad, or Promotional Material Submission Deadline: September, 4, 2026
- Hotel Room Block Cut-off Date: August 11, 2026
2. Exhibit Space Details
- Booth location, dimensions, and layout diagram provided upon confirmation.
- Exhibit Location: Legends Pre-Function Area
- Setup Time: Friday September 25 at 6 PM
- Teardown Time: Saturday September 26 at 5 PM
- Inclusions: Table, 2 Chairs

- Rules: Signage, displays, and branded materials must comply with venue and Summit guidelines, which are available upon request.
